Training and health

Personal Woke helps you plan, record and review training. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or professional medical, physiotherapy or coaching advice.

You are responsible for choosing exercises, loads and training decisions that are appropriate for you and for stopping when something feels unsafe.

Your account and content

Keep your login details secure. The exercises, plans, notes and workout records you enter remain yours. Personal Woke stores and processes them only as needed to provide, secure and operate the app.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or other users, bypass security controls, or use Personal Woke for unlawful or abusive activity.

Beta and availability

Personal Woke is still evolving, so features and workflows may change. Reasonable care is taken with the service and stored data, but uninterrupted availability or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
